Overview
WooCommerce orders are automatically transferred to Kigo Cloud and turned into fiscalized documents. The plugin auto-updates from GitHub, so after the first install you never download new versions manually.
Installing the plugin
The plugin is distributed via GitHub, not wordpress.org. So "Plugins → Add New → Search" will NOT find it - upload the zip manually once, after that it updates itself.
- Download kigocloud-for-woocommerce.zip from GitHub releases
- In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Choose the zip, Install Now, then Activate
- A KigoCloud item (cloud icon) appears in the left WP menu - all settings live there, NOT in "WooCommerce → Settings"

Connection - API credentials
The KigoCloud admin page has 9 tabs (Connection, Orders, Prices, Price list, R1, Email, Mapping, Logs, About) and a single Save all settings button at the bottom. The first tab is Connection:
- API username / password - your Kigo Cloud credentials (same as login at app.kigo.cloud; for testing
admin_demo/admin_demo) - Employee PIN - PIN of the employee recorded as document creator (default
1; see "Employees" in Kigo Cloud)
Orders - per payment-method mapping
The main configuration area. For each WooCommerce gateway (Stripe, bank transfer, COD...) decide what is created in Kigo (invoice or quote) and at which order status it is sent.
With the trigger Order created the document is created the first time the order reaches the status On hold, Processing or Completed, also when the payment went through only on the second attempt. Later status changes do not create a new document. One order gives one document.
If taxes are switched off in WooCommerce, the invoice uses the VAT rate entered on the item in Kigo Cloud. Variations without their own SKU share the product SKU, so on the invoice they are merged into one line with the total quantity.
Global options: Shipping reference (Kigo item reference for the "Shipping" line, default shipping) and Fill empty SKU (if a product has no SKU, send sku-{id} so the lookup never fails).
R1 invoices for B2B
The R1 tab enables R1 invoices for business customers (company name and tax ID at checkout), with a live preview and a "Send test R1 offer" button.
Diagnostics
The Logs tab shows the last 50 API calls with their result - the main troubleshooting tool. The About tab shows the plugin version and WC/WP/PHP detection.
The full step-by-step wizard is also in the app: Options → Integrations → WooCommerce Integration.
Item and stock synchronization *
On the WooCommerce Sinkronizacija tab Kigo Cloud sends items and stock to the shop. The shop is connected with its address and the API keys from WooCommerce.
- Full synchronization: name, description, price, categories, brand, variations and quantities in the shop are replaced with the data from Kigo Cloud.
- Quantities only: only the quantity is sent to the shop, by item code (SKU). Everything else stays as edited in the shop.
When you save an item linked to the shop with Visible on web set to No, Kigo Cloud asks what to do in the shop: hide the product, set its stock to 0 or change nothing.
* Item and stock synchronization is part of the Business package and higher.
Booking plugins (e.g. Amelia)
Booking plugins such as Amelia that take payment through WooCommerce need no separate integration - each booking becomes a WooCommerce order the plugin processes like any other (same requirements: mapped gateway and clean SKU/VAT).
