From 1.1.2026 all R1 invoices with transaction payment (legal entity) must go as F2 (eInvoice) through an information intermediary. It is no longer possible to create such an invoice without the eInvoice/F2 protocol.

ERP vs. Information Intermediary (what is required in practice)

Fiscalization 2.0 clearly separates ERP (invoicing software) and information intermediary (for eInvoice exchange).

ERP (e.g. Kigo) remains your central place for creating, printing and recording all invoices. Information intermediaries serve exclusively as a "hub" for sending and receiving eInvoices between companies.

For automatic eInvoice exchange, Kigo is integrated with ePoslovanje.hr. You don't need to change software or contract new software - just enter the API key or register from within the application.

Connecting and Sending eInvoices (F2) in Kigo

Kigo is integrated with the authorized information intermediary ePoslovanje.hr for Fiscalization 2.0 (eInvoice) communication.

What does this mean for you?

  • Quick registration: You can initiate the connection to ePoslovanje directly from Kigo - all your data will be transferred automatically and the API key will be linked immediately.
  • Contract confirmation: You will receive a short eContract by email that needs to be electronically signed (e-signature or code). Only after signing does the contract become valid, and F2 invoice sending fully functional.
  • No additional paperwork or calls: You don't need to manually send anything or make calls - the application handles everything, the process takes a few minutes.
  • Already have an account? Just enter the API key in settings, no re-registration needed.
After you sign the eContract for ePoslovanje, Kigo automatically enables sending and receiving F2 (eInvoices) without additional steps.
In summary:
  • You continue creating all invoices in Kigo - no need to change software.
  • For R1 transaction invoices: mandatory F2 (eInvoice) and intermediary from 1.1.2026.
  • B2B cash/card: recipient's OIB on the invoice (F1).
  • B2C: nothing changes.
