Predefined Notes
Predefined notes are used for quickly adding standard text to documents (invoices, quotes, work orders). Instead of manually typing the same text every time, create templates that you can select with a single click.
- Creating a Note — open Options → Notes and click to add a new one.
- Name — enter a recognizable note name (e.g. "24 Month Warranty", "Delivery Notice").
- Content — enter the text that will be added to the document when selected.
- Editing and Deleting — existing notes can be modified or deleted from the list.
Event Calendar
The system includes a full calendar for planning and tracking business events:
- Creating an Event — click on the desired date in the calendar or use the new event button.
- Event Data — enter the title, description, start and end date and time.
- Event Color — mark events with a color for easier visual distinction (default color is blue).
- Link to Client — an event can be linked to a client from the database for tracking obligations per customer.
Email Reminders
For each event, you can set an automatic email reminder that will be sent before the scheduled time:
- 30 minutes before — for urgent tasks and short-term reminders.
- 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours before — for standard workday planning.
- 1 day before — for preparing tasks in advance.
- 7 days before — for long-term planning and large projects.
- Exact time — choose your own date and time for sending the reminder.
The reminder can also be disabled if notification is not needed ("Do not send" option).
Integration with Vehicle Service Module
Calendar events can be linked to the Vehicle Service module:
- Service Order — creating a service order type event automatically creates a reservation in the service module.
- Service Appointment — changing the event date automatically updates the service reservation date.
- Client Data — the client and description from the event are transferred to the service reservation.
This integration allows using the calendar as a central place for planning service appointments.
Usage Tips
- Use predefined notes for standard business terms that repeat on documents.
- Mark events with different colors by type (e.g. blue for meetings, green for deliveries, red for deadlines).
- Set reminders for important events so you don't miss key deadlines.
- Link events to clients for a complete overview of obligations per customer.
- If you use the service module, plan service appointments through the calendar for a visual schedule overview.
