Warehouse instructions
This page allows you to view, add, edit and delete warehouses, as well as perform advanced searches and filtering.
About warehouses
A warehouse in Kigo represents a location for tracking item stock. Warehouses are pre-configured according to your licence – to manage warehouses contact support.
Stock status
- On the Stock Status page you can view the current stock of all items by warehouse.
- Available filters: date, show only items with stock, show only active or archived items, quantities or retail value, sort by reference or name, and warehouse selection.
- For consignment warehouses you can additionally filter by supplier.
- The table displays: reference, name, category, supplier (for consignment), stock, purchase price, deposit fee, totals, margin, VAT, RP and other data.
- Data can be exported to Excel (and CSV if enabled) or printed.
- To reconcile stock use the Reconcile Stock and Initial Stock button.
- Rows with negative stock are specially highlighted.
